- Use and Pay after service. ( Very Important - Flat number , which floor and Office Name and which Floor, should be given compulsorily and clearly ).
- Only online payments are accepted, Charges are for only one Lunch Bag.
- Presently only Lunch ( Afternoon ) is delivered.
- Packing of food @ Home is customer responsibility (Lunch Box Should be provided inside a clean and secured Lunch bag).
- Please see that the Lunch box is in the Ground floor/parking(security) area at the pickup point and and will be delivered at the groundfloor/parking(security) area at the delivery point to avoid delayed pickup and delayed deliveries.
- One time one Lunch box is delivered, we are not responsible for the Lunch box once delivered at the drop point.
- We have only pick-up @ your home and drop/deliver @ your office service only. ( NO VICE-VERSA )
- Whatsapp both pickup and drop Location maps, address and Mobile Numbers.
- Confirm the subscription by filling the Application form Manually @ your Home/office. (Our Executive will visit your Location).
- Lunch Box with secured lunch bag should be ready by 9:30AM at your Home ( pickup point ).
- Lunch will be delivered within 1:45PM.
- Please see that the Lunch Bag should be labeled with Name, Mobile number and Office Name.

National and State Government Holidays (Monday to Friday) :
All officially declared National and State Government Holidays that fall on weekdays (Monday to Friday) are included within the monthly subscription.
Monthly Subscription
- Our standard subscription is based on 20 service days per month.
- The subscription fee is fixed for 20 days.
Extra Service Days
- Some months may have 23 or 24 service days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays/holidays).
- In such cases, the 20-day subscription amount will be divided by 20 to arrive at the per-day rate.
- The extra 3 or 4 days will be charged separately at this per-day rate.
Example
- If the 20-day subscription fee is ₹4,000 → Per day = ₹200
- For 23 service days → ₹4,000 + (3 × ₹200) = ₹4,600
- For 24 service days → ₹4,000 + (4 × ₹200) = ₹4,800
Non-Usage / Skipping Days
- If a customer chooses not to avail the service on certain days and if public holidays both State and Central Government holidays falls in the weekdays( Excluding Saturday and Sunday), the monthly fee remains the same.
- No adjustment or refund will be given for missed days.
Payment Terms
- Subscription fee must be paid in the end of the each month.
- Extra days (if applicable) will be settled at the end of the month.
Service Holidays
- Saturdays/Sundays and public holidays (if declared in advance) will not be counted as service days.
